Stock options/employee stock purchase plan – TiVo stock plans were designed to offer employees the opportunity to share in the success of the company. Through our ESPP plan, employees may invest in TiVo stock through payroll deductions of a maximum of 15%. Employees pay only 85% of the fair market value for the stock.

Flexible spending – Flexible Spending accounts are offered through Great West Life. Health care and dependent care accounts are available to help employees pay for services on a pre-tax basis. Commuter Checks are also available to assist with mass transit expenses on a pre-tax basis.

401(k) – The TiVo 401(k) Plan offered through Sun Life Retirement Services is designed to help employees plan for their future. TiVo offers the traditional pre-tax 401(k) and after-tax Roth 401(k) feature. Eligible employees can contribute up to the IRS limit.

529 Plan – 529 Plan Putnam CollegeAdvantage is a savings plan which can provide a tax-advantaged way to save for your child's college education.

Vacation – TiVo offers holidays, accrued floating holidays, accrued vacation time off and sick time.

Health care – TiVo offers health care coverage for employees and their eligible dependents effective upon hire date. Domestic partner coverage is also available as a taxable benefit. Employee Assistance Program (EAP) – EAP is a free resource for counseling, information, referral and support services. It is provided by TiVo to help employees resolve issues and problems quickly so they can stay healthy, happy and productive.

Income protection – TiVo understands that a little peace of mind goes a long way. The Life and Accidental Death and Dismemberment benefit is provided through The Standard Insurance Company.

Voluntary programs – TiVo has three voluntary programs offered through MetLife to assist employees with managing day to day life. Hyatt Legal provides legal representation for you, spouse and dependents through low semi-monthly payroll deductions. Also available is MetLife Auto & Home Insurance and VPI Pet Insurance. Both are offered at special group rates
