Notice to all recruiters

TiVo utilizes approved external vendors and resources from time to time.

Contingent workforce

If you are a temporary talent, consulting firm, or independent contractor, TiVo requires all vendors to sign an associate vendor agreement with TiVo's primary contingent workforce vendor, West Valley Staffing Group. Please contact our on-site program manager at contractors@tivo.com.

Direct placement

If you are a recruiting firm (whether contingent, retained or a variation thereof), you must have a current TiVo agreement signed, countersigned and initialed by TiVo's Legal Department. This agreement governs how searches are assigned to external recruiting firms and how candidates are submitted to TiVo. To be considered, please send an email to recruiters@tivo.com including the following information attached (MSWord or PDF format):

1. Complete contact information (contact person, email address, phone number, mailing address); and
2. Background of your firm, including your firms forte in recruiting specific skills, geography. The more specific, the better matching of your firm to the need.

Should TiVo be able to use your services, you will be contacted.

Submission of any candidate by firms from any party who has not previously been approved by TiVo Human Resources and does not have a signed contract with TiVo will be considered the property of TiVo Inc. with all rights and privileges extending thereto and no compensation in any form shall be owed by TiVo to any submitting party.
