The following terms and conditions apply to your eligibility and receipt of the Instant Credit on select TiVo DVRs (specified below) when purchased with select TiVo Service Gift Cards to the TiVo service (a "TiVo Gift Package) from TiVo Inc. ("TiVo") on www.tivo.com, and constitutes a legally binding agreement between you and TiVo. By accepting the Instant Credit on your purchase of a TiVo Gift Package from TiVo, you agree to all the terms and conditions in this agreement ("Agreement").
- Participants in this promotion must purchase one of the following specified TiVo Gift Packages by 7/2/08 from www.tivo.com to receive the Instant Credit:

- Receipt of instant savings only available at the time of purchase of the TiVo Gift Package as stated above. No rain checks or credits will be given for a later purchase.
- Participants must activate the included in their TiVo Gift Package as a condition of receiving the Instant Credit.
- If the purchased pursuant to this offer is returned or cancelled after purchase or within 30 days of activation, Participant shall be charged the applicable amount of Instant Credit received as part of the TiVo gift package unless the TiVo DVR and any other TiVo accessories received as part of the TiVo gift package are returned to TiVo as well within 30 days of such TiVo service gift card's return or cancellation.
- Terms and conditions of TiVo Service Gift Cards apply to these TiVo Gift Packages except as otherwise stated herein. TiVo Service Gift Cards are only redeemable towards the purchase of a new subscription to the TiVo Service in the amount specified on the .

- This offer is valid only on new activations. Re-activation of previously active TiVo service accounts are not eligible for this offer.
- This offer may not be combined with any other offer or promotions from TiVo or its affiliates and is not eligible for any mail-in rebates or other instant savings promotions.
- Participating customers can log in to their account at tivo.com/manage to view billing and credit activity.

- TiVo reserves the right to substitute a different TiVo DVR of equal or greater value. TiVo reserves the right to terminate this promotion at any time, for any reason.
