We recommend, for your own protection, that you insure your package and send it via a trackable method. Please be sure to record any tracking number used for future reference.

  2. Your product for exchange (Do not pack your remote, power cord, cables, or accessories. If you are exchanging a Series3 HD DVR, make sure you also remove the CableCARDs; do not pack them with the DVR. Only the DVR will be exchanged, so you will need to retain everything necessary to hook up your replacement unit.)
