How TiVo^® service gift cards work

• After you purchase a TiVo service gift card directly from tivo.com, you'll be sent a confirmation email that you should keep for your records.
• The gift card with the 12-digit redemption code will be shipped to you directly for you to pass on to your lucky recipient.
• If you want, you can also have the gift card shipped directly to your recipient. Just enter their address as the shipping address.
• They'll enter this code when they activate service on their TiVo DVR.
• Important: TiVo service gift cards can be used for new service activations only, and can not be added to an existing account.
• Gift cards come with instructions to visit tivo.com/activate and enter the unique 12-digit redemption code to activate TiVo services.
• TiVo gift subscriptions and TiVo service gift cards do not expire. It is TiVo's policy and practice to redeem all valid TiVo gift subscriptions and TiVo service gift cards regardless of whether such gift subscriptions and gift cards many contain an expiration date or the fact that such an expiration date may have passed. Older gift cards may have only 9-digit redemption codes, and can still be redeemed.
