Thinking Screen Media is no longer supporting FrameChannel services, therefore FrameChannel services are no longer available on TiVo. We apologize for any inconvenience.

To save your personal images from your FrameChannel account, please complete the following by Tuesday, July 5th:

1. Login to your FrameChannel account at www.tivo.framechannel.com
2. Click the "Download my photos" tab
3. Click the "Request download" button; file preparation may take a few minutes
4. Click "Check current status" to see if the download is ready; once the download is complete you will receive an email notification
5. Return to the "Download my photos" tab in your FrameChannel account and there will be a "Download" link that will download a zipped file when clicked
