After the end of your annual or 3 year commitment, as applicable, TiVo will continue to charge you on an annual basis at the then-current annual rate. You will receive a notification approximately 30 days prior to your renewal date to notify you of the renewal. Your credit card on file with us will be charged the then-annual renewal rate on your renewal date. You will have up to 30 days after the renewal date to change or cancel your service plan and receive a full refund.

Money Back Guarantee applies only to initial activations if canceled within 30 days and DVR is returned for a full refund.
If you cancel within 30 days of activation (which is typically the date your order ships), you will receive a full refund if you return the DVR within 15 days of cancellation. The shipping charge for the return is at your expense. If you do not return the DVR, you will be charged a "Non-returned Equipment Fee" equal to the MSRP of the DVR.
A subscription to the TiVo service is required and the TiVo box will not work without a paid subscription to the TiVo service.
