You can get a receipt for your TiVo service by choosing one of these options: | ||
You can use your credit card statement. You can print the online confirmation page that displays when you activate service. You can log into Manage My Account and view or print your Billing History. If you do not know how to access Manage My Account, please see Where Do I Go to Manage My Account? When you have logged into Manage My Account, select View billing history from the left navigation bar, and follow the on-screen prompts. For Product Lifetime service, you can contact TiVo Customer Support at 877-367-8486 between 7:00 AM and 8:00 PM PST to request that we mail or fax you a printed receipt. | ||
