The TiVo Rewards program officially ended on May 29th, 2008. It is no longer possible to earn or redeem TiVo Rewards points. This includes any referral credits, awarded points, or TiVo Points earned through the TiVo Platinum MasterCard credit card. If a customer becomes irate because they lost points when the program ended, click here.

The TiVo Platinum MasterCard will continue to function for all financial transactions through June 6th, 2008. After that date, accounts in good standing will be automatically converted to a Juniper MasterCard account. If you have questions about your current account and its standing, please visit www.BarclaycardUS.com or contact the Barclays Customer Service Team toll-free at (866) 663-6536, 6:00 AM to 2:00 AM Eastern Time. When will my Rewards item(s) arrive?

TiVo Rewards items may take up to 8-10 weeks to be shipped. However most orders are shipped within 4-6 weeks. On average, members receive the order within 6 days of shipment, but it could take longer. You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped that will contain a tracking number to track your order. The last day to have placed a TiVo Rewards order was May 28, 2008.



  

How will I know when my order has shipped?

You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped that will contain a tracking number to track your order.



  

How can I cancel or change my order?

All orders are processed as soon as they are placed. Your order cannot be changed or canceled.
TiVo Rewards items may take up to 8-10 weeks to be shipped. Most orders are shipped within 4-6 weeks.



  

I ordered multiple rewards items, but only received one. Where is the rest of my order?

Rewards items ordered at the same time may arrive separately.



  

Can I return a TiVo Rewards item?

We are sorry, but TiVo Rewards items cannot be returned. However, a TiVo reward item may be exchanged in the case of damage or malfunction.



  

What do I do if my TiVo Rewards item is damaged or defective?

If your TiVo Rewards item is damaged or defective upon arrival, please contact us.
Damaged items are usually exchanged for the same item. Because the program has ended, if your item is out of stock, you may exchange it for an item of equal points value.


  

What should I do if I track my order and there appears to be a problem?

If it has been more than six days since you received the shipping conformation e-mail and your order has still not arrived, you can track your package by visiting www.ups.com or contact UPS at 800-742-5877 to request that your package be tracked.
