How to cancel an exchange (RMA)

If you have set up an exchange for a TiVo product, but wish to cancel the exchange, please contact TiVo Customer Support.
NOTE: If you purchased an Advance Exchange and have not yet received your replacement item, refuse delivery of the replacement when it arrives. The item will be returned to TiVo. Your credit card will be credited for the advance ship deposit within 7 days of receipt of the item at our warehouse. If you were charged an RMA fee in addition to the deposit, please contact TiVo Customer Support to receive a refund for that amount.
