What forms of payment do you accept?
We currently accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. We do not accept any other forms of payment at this time.
Can I ship my order to one address, but bill to another?
When you place your order, we will ask for both your billing and shipping addresses. If you would like your order sent to your billing address, simply check the "Same as billing information" box under Shipping Information. If you would like to your order sent to a different location, just enter the new address under Shipping Information and click Continue.
When will my credit card be charged?
Your credit card will be charged when your order ships, usually 24 hours after your order is placed.
The Credit Card Verification Value (CVV or CVV2) is an additional security feature on most credit cards. On Visa, MasterCard, and Discover credit cards, the three-digit code is located on the signature strip, after the last four digits of your card number. On American Express cards, the four-digit code is located on the front of the card at the top right.

I returned my order for a refund. When will I receive it?
Once we have received your order, please allow 10 business days for your credit to be processed. Any credits issued will be applied to the same card used to make the initial purchase.
