TiVo Store Orders: Damaged & Defective Items
TiVo makes every effort to ensure that you receive your TiVo store order promptly and in good condition. If you have an issue with your TiVo store order, we want to make sure it is also handled promptly and to your satisfaction.
TiVo merchandise and apparel
If any part of your order arrives in damaged or defective condition, we would be happy to exchange or return the faulty items for you within 30 days of the purchase date. Please contact TiVo Customer Support for assistance.
Network adapters
We currently sell several different types of wireless adapters. If you are experiencing difficulty with a TiVo brand wireless adapter, please contact TiVo Customer Support. If you have a network adapter from any other manufacturer, please contact the manufacturer directly.
