When will my order ship?

 

Items are shipped as soon as possible. Unless otherwise noted:

Orders placed before 11 a.m. PST Monday through Friday will be shipped the same day.
Orders placed after 11 a.m. PST will be shipped no later than the following business day.
Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be shipped on the next business day.

Holidays are not considered business days.

  

Does choosing Next Day Air mean my order will arrive tomorrow?

 

If you choose to use Next Day Air, your order will ship via Next Day Air in the time frame noted above.

  

Can TiVo ship internationally?

 

TiVo can only ship within the 50 United States of America and the District of Columbia. TiVo cannot ship internationally to countries such as Canada and Mexico, or to any U.S. territories, including Puerto Rico.

  

How do I find my tracking number?

 

If you provided a valid email address when you ordered, you will receive an email listing your tracking number when your order ships. If you do not receive a confirmation email within three (3) business days of ordering or if you do not have an email address, contact TiVo Customer Support and we can track your shipment for you.

 

If your tracking number begins with '1Z' you can go to www.ups.com to track your order.

 

If your tracking number begins with '91' you can go to www.usps.com to track your order.

  

What should I do if I track my order and there appears to be a problem?

 

If you select Ground as your shipping method, it can take up to six days for your order to arrive. If it has been more than six days and your order has still not arrived, or if you selected 2nd or next-day service and your order is overdue, please contact TiVo Customer Support.

  

The shipping company returned my order to TiVo after several failed delivery attempts. What should I do?

 

TiVo will automatically credit your account for the purchase amount if your order is returned. Because it is your responsibility to be available to receive the shipment, you will not be refunded for shipping and handling charges. If you would still like to place an order, you should go back through the standard order process. You may also contact the shipper directly to see if an alternative delivery arrangement can be made.

  

Can I choose a different shipping method?

 

Yes, TiVo offers three different shipping methods:

 
  • Ground (4 to 6 business days)
  • 2 Day (2 business days)
  • 1 Day (1 business day)
  

Can I have my order shipped to a P.O. Box?

 

TiVo is unable to ship orders to P.O. Box addresses. You can use a P.O. Box as your billing address for your order; however, you must use a different shipping address for delivery of your order.

  

Will I have to sign for the package when it arrives?

 

TiVo does not ship orders requiring a signature. The shipper may require a signature at their discretion.
