I am having problems logging in to My Account

NOTE: If you forget your login address or password for My Account, TiVo will send the information to the e-mail address you provide in your request for help.  If you have a spam blocker on this e-mail account, please make sure you set it so that e-mails from tivo.com are not blocked.

 

 ~ To access My Account: Go to www.tivo.com/manage.

~ If you need help logging in to My Account, or you want to register: Go to What is My Account?

~ If you can't remember the e-mail address you used when activating TiVo Service, or if you did not give us an e-mail address when you activated: Click the Email address not on file? link below the Sign In button on the My Account page. You will be directed to the Add My Email Address to My Account page. Read the text on this page carefully, and follow the onscreen instructions.

~ If you forgot your My Account password: Click the Forgot your password? link under the Sign In button on the My Account page. On the Send Me My Password page, enter the email address you used to activate. A temporary password will be sent to this email address. Copy and paste this temporary password into the My Account login screen, and be sure you do not copy a space before or after the password. You will be prompted to enter a new permanent password.

If you received multiple temporary password emails or a temporary password email that was not requested: You may have clicked the Submit button multiple times when requesting a temporary password, or there may be someone else in your household who requested a temporary password (spouse, son, daughter, roommate, etc.). Try to log in to My Account using the most recently sent temporary password. If this password does not work, contact Customer Support to receive a new password.
