Is a monthly service discount available for multiple DVRs?

We offer a discounted monthly service fee for customers who qualify and have more than one TiVo DVR Payment Plan.

The following is a basic list of questions referring to TiVo's Multi-Service Discount. Please refer to TiVo's Policies Page for specific details about Multi-Service Discounts.

Note:DIRECTV DVRs with TiVo service do not qualify for a Multi-Service Discount with TiVo. Contact DIRECTV at 800-347-3288 regarding available subscription options for DIRECTV DVRs with TiVo service.

 

 



How can I qualify for a Multi-Service Discount?

 

To qualify to receive a Multi-Service Discount you must meet the following requirements:

You must have a minimum of 1 full price contract (Monthly, Prepaid, Annual, or Product Lifetime Service)
All service contracts must be on the same account
-  All service contracts must be in the same location

  



How do I receive a Multi-Service Discount?

 

-  The Multi-Service Discount is available for new monthly and prepaid service contracts
-  The Multi-Service Discount is available for up to 5 additional service contracts
-  Customers who qualify or the Multi-Service Discount may also qualify for Product Lifetime Service when available.

If you qualify to receive a Multi-Service Discount, the discounted price options will appear when you add a new Service Plan to your account.

  



I have a TiVo Service Gift Card

 

TiVo Service Gift Cards redeemed on Service Only payment plans will qualify for a Multi Service Discount, if you meet the qualifications. (See above)
