| |  Check to make sure that your phone cord or network adapter is connected to the DVR.

| |  If your phone cord or network adapter is properly connected, try to make a connection and download new program information.

| | - From TiVo Central, select Messages & Settings; then Settings; then Phone and Network; then Connect to the TiVo Service Now.
|
| |  Your DVR should connect to the TiVo service and receive updated program information. Once the connection is successful and the new program information has been indexed, the message that you received will go away.
The indexing process may take several hours after you make a connection to the TiVo service.

| |  If your connections are successful but you still receive a Program Info Is Running Low message, your cable or satellite provider may have removed the lineup that you selected when you set up your DVR. To begin receiving program guide data again, you will need to repeat a portion of Guided Setup to select a current lineup offered by your cable or satellite provider.

| | - From TiVo Central, select Messages & Settings; then Settings; then Channel; and then Channel List.
- On the Channel List screen, press the INFO or ENTER button (as indicated on the bottom of the screen). You will be taken to the Change Channel Lineups screen.
- Press THUMBS DOWN three times and the ENTER key to proceed with this portion of Guided Setup.
- Follow the on-screen instructions to select the correct lineup.
