I received a 'Could Not Find Your Lineup' message

Your TiVo DVR will display this message if the lineup you originally selected in Guided Setup is no longer available.


To select a new lineup, perform the following steps:


1.  Go to the Channel List screen. Go to TiVo Central by pressing the TiVo button on your remote control. Select Messages & Settings, then Settings, then Channel, then Channel List.


NOTE:  If using a TiVo Series1 DVR, go to TiVo Central, select Messages & Setup, then My Preferences, then Customize Channels, then Cable Lineups.


2. On the Channel List screen, press the INFO or ENTER button (as indicated on the bottom of the screen). You will be taken to the Change Channel Lineups screen. Press THUMBS DOWN three times and then the ENTER key to proceed with that portion of Guided Setup.


3.  Follow the onscreen prompts to select your new lineup.
