How Do I Enable Transfers (TivoToGo and Multi-Room Viewing)?

To enable transfers, perform the following steps:

 

Step one:Log into Manage My Account. For information on how to log into Manage My Account, go to How Do I Log into Manage My Account?

 
 

Step two:Click DVR Preferences.

 
 

Step three:Click on the box under Allow Transfers on DVRS to allow Multi-Room Viewing. A check mark in the box denotes that you can transfer content over your home network between DVRs (Multi-Room Viewing), or to a computer (TiVoToGo). You can turn this setting off or on at any time without charge.

 
 

Step four:Click Save Preferences.

 
 

Note:Changes to this setting take up to 24 hours to take effect. Additionally, all DVRs in your household using Multi-Room Viewing will need to connect to the TiVo Service before this change will appear.
