Can I pay for my order with cash or check? | ||

No, we do not accept cash or check payments. We currently accept credit cards only. We accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. | ||
| Can I ship to one address but bill to another? | ||
Yes, when you order, we ask for both the shipping address and the billing address. You can enter a different address in the shipping; however, the billing address must match the address on file with your credit card company. Complete your billing information on the first order page; on the confirmation page, click the Change Information link under Shipping Information. | ||

| When will my credit card be billed? | ||
Your credit card will be billed when the order ships. | ||
| What is the CVV Code? | ||
The Credit Card Verification Value (CVV or CVV2), is an additional safety feature on the credit card. For VISA, MasterCard and Discover, this is usually a three-digit code, which appears on the far right of the signature strip following the last digits of your card number. American Express cardholders will find the four-digit code printed on the front. | ||
| Why was I charged sales tax? | ||

| I returned my order for a refund. How long will it take before I see a credit on my credit card statement? | ||
Once TiVo receives your return, please allow 10 business days for us to process your credit. Depending on your credit card company's billing cycle, you should see the credit posted on either your next credit card statement following the issuance of the credit or the one thereafter. Any credits issued must be applied to the same card number used to make the initial purchase. | ||
