Can I place multiple orders at the same time? | ||
| Can I place multiple orders at the same time? | ||
You can place an order for multiple TiVo DVRs or accessories at one time. However, all products will be shipped to the address specified in the Shipping Information section, and be billed to the card provided in the Billing Information screen. If you would like to place multiple orders that will be shipped or billed to different individuals, you will need to complete a separate order for each one. | ||
| When will my order arrive? | ||
Orders should arrive within six days from when the order was placed. If you placed your order more than six days ago and it has still not arrived, you should use your tracking number to track your shipment. Other shipping options are available. See TiVo Store Order FAQs: Shipping for more details. | ||
| How can I cancel or change my order? | ||
All orders are processed as soon as possible. We're sorry, but your order cannot be changed or canceled once it has been placed. | ||
| Does the TiVo store close for holidays and weekends? | ||
The TiVo store can accept orders every day; however, the store does not ship products on weekends and on the following holidays: | ||

| Can I use a credit card with an international billing address? | ||
No. TiVo can only process charges to credit cards with a United States billing address. | ||
