Plan details

  • Commitment period: 2-year commitment to the TiVo service required after which your service plan will continue on a month-to-month basis thereafter at the same monthly service plan rate. After your 2-year commitment ends, you are under no obligation to continue your TiVo service and you may keep the TiVo box. Offer available for a limited time, while supplies last, until December 31, 2013. TiVo reserves the right to terminate this promotion at any time without notice.
  • Early termination fee: If you cancel the TiVo service before your commitment ends, an early termination fee will apply equal to $240 minus $10 per month for each month of your subscription that you fulfilled, except as permitted by the 30-day money back guarantee.
  • Payment plan terms: Subject to full terms and conditions for TiVo Service Payment Plans and the TiVo Service Agreement.
  • Service required: The TiVo box will not work without a paid subscription to the TiVo service.
  • 30-day money back guarantee: 30-day money back guarantee applies only to initial activations if canceled within 30 days and the TiVo box is returned for a full refund. If you cancel within 30 days of activation (which is typically the date your order ships), you will receive a full refund if you return the TiVo Premiere box within 15 days of cancellation. The shipping charge for the return is at your expense. If you do not return the TiVo box, within the first 30 days of activation, you will be charged a "Non-returned Equipment Fee" equal to the MSRP of the TiVo Premiere box and applicable taxes, minus the upfront cost of the box. If you change your subscription plan within the first 30 days of activation, you may be charged a fee equal to the MSRP of the TiVo Premiere box and applicable taxes, minus the upfront cost of the box, depending on the subscription plan you choose. Service plan renewals and hardware replacements are not eligible for the 30-day money back guarantee.
  • Additional terms: TiVo reserves the right to substitute a different TiVo box of equal or greater value. These terms and conditions cannot be combined with any other offer, including TiVo rebates.
