TiVo Service Subscriptions:

• This also includes TiVo's 30-day money-back guarantee.Your device includes a Limited Warranty.Please go to Tivo.com/legal to review our User Agreement, Limited Warranty, and Privacy Policy. You must agree to the Terms and Conditions to complete activation of your device.
• All features, functionality and offers are subject to change or withdrawal at any time without notice. See the TiVo User Agreement or TiVo Privacy Policy for terms and conditions related to your TiVo service subscription and use of a TiVo device.
• TiVo EDGE for Cable does not work with satellite. The TiVo EDGE for Cable is intended for use with digital cable systems only and does not work with external cable boxes, analog cable, or over-the-air antennas. To receive digital cable channels, TiVo EDGE for Cable requires one multi-stream CableCARD decoder from your cable provider. Additional fees may apply. These Service Plan Terms and Conditions apply to purchases and service in the United States.

1 Monthly TiVo service subscriptions will continue after the 1-year commitment period, billed at the same monthly rate, until service is cancelled by going to www.tivo.com/myaccount. Subscriptions cancelled before commitment period is over will incur a $150 early termination fee plus applicable taxes. All paid monthly service fees are non-refundable.
2 Annual TiVo service subscriptions will automatically renew for a one (1)-year period, billed at the same annual rate, unless service is cancelled by going to www.tivo.com/myaccount. All prepaid annual service fees are non-refundable.
3 All-in TiVo service plans (a) lasts for the lifetime of your TiVo device (not your lifetime), (b) is not transferrable to another TiVo device (except in certain warranty replacement/repair cases), and (c) may exclude certain TiVo offerings (e.g., for third-party content, particular applications, cloud-based services, etc.) for which TiVo may (in its sole discretion) charge separately.
