While we encourage you to review both documents, we want to point out a few things that might be of interest:
- We give you choices like whether to receive marketing e-mails from us, take part in aggregated reporting, or enable location capabilities in our mobile apps.
- We have added a binding arbitration clause with a class action/jury trial waiver.
The updated policies are effective now, though if you do not wish to be bound by the new dispute resolution provision, you can opt out by sending us notice within the next 30 days as described in the “Dispute Resolution” section of the User Agreement. We suggest that you take a few minutes to read the updated policies at tivo.com/legal.
