Lockup

Premise
MSNBC airs fewer news programs on the weekends than it does during the week, which opens the door for the network to air other types of shows on Saturday and Sunday. Much of that time is filled with shows from the ``Lockup'' franchise, which started with this docuseries that reveals what life is like inside prisons across America and around the world. The show profiles inmates as well as people who work at the facilities and, in some episodes, inmates are given their own personal video cameras to depict what prison life is like from an inmate's viewpoint.
