Allen Braddock is a high-profile, elitist lawyer who was recently fired from his family's firm and plans to get back in the game by using loopholes and questionable tactics. Conversely, ethical, for-the-people attorney Marcus Jackson -- recently divorced -- runs his practice at home, taking pro bono cases for friends and neighbors. A court order intended to have Marcus' mores affect Allen prompts an odd partnership. The two struggle to learn from each other so that both have something neither has had before: a law firm that's honorable and profitable.
