Every team featured on the fifth season of ``The Great Food Truck Race'' has cooking skills, a solid business concept, entrepreneurial spirit and a dream to own a food truck business. One thing they're missing is the actual truck. Each of the eight teams is given a vehicle, but only one gets to keep it when the cross-country trip is complete. The journey begins in Southern California and winds through the continental U.S. on the way to the finish in Key West, Fla. The three-person squads face a series of food challenges in cities like Tucson, Ariz., Oklahoma City and St. Louis, and a team is eliminated after each challenge. The group that wins the final challenge in three Florida cities not only gets to keep the truck but also earns $50,000 to start their business.
