The food truck hopefuls in season four of ``The Great Food Truck Race'' head out on the longest route yet -- 4,181 miles -- as they compete in culinary challenges across the U.S., with the winning team awarded its own food truck. Each three-person team, made up of chefs with unique concepts and dreams of operating a food truck, is loaned a truck for the race. Teams are eliminated after each challenge, which take place at such landmarks as the iconic Hollywood sign, Chicago's Buckingham Fountain, and the U.S. Capitol in Washington, where the journey ends and the winner is announced. The eight teams in this year's competition include Aloha Plate, Bowled and Beautiful, Murphy's Spud Truck, and Tikka Tikka Taco.
