Adam Richman is sharing the wealth. After years of taking on the nation's biggest food challenges in ``Man v. Food,'' he's making room at the table for local talent willing to step up to the plate and take on their own hometown eating challenges. As he visits cities and towns across America and samples the good eats each has to offer, Richman recruits those who dare walk in his shoes, acting as both a mentor and coach before the challenge begins.
