One Ranger

A Texas Ranger becomes entangled in an international terrorist attack after tracking a bank robber across the Texan desert. The ranger discovers the robber plans to detonate a bomb in downtown London. The ranger must collaborate with British intelligence to locate and arrest the terrorist before it's too late.
