See You on Venus

After a young woman learns that she is dying, she decides to go on a journey to find her biological mother. Before her journey, she runs into a man dealing with his own tragic crisis and convinces him to join her on her travels. The duo ends up in Europe and tries to track down the last known place of her birth mother.
