Desperation Road

After serving his penitentiary sentence, Russell Gaines returns to his Mississippi home to start rebuilding his life. That is until his path crosses with Maben Jones and her young daughter, Annalee. The two are on the run after Maben shot a deputy sheriff who tried to rape her. Now, Russell must decide between putting himself at risk of returning to jail by helping the two or looking the other way and going on with life after prison.
