Sky and Cam think they've found the perfect deal in a starter home that is a duplex, allowing them to collect rent to offset mortgage payments. They don't care that it is the former home of the serial killer known as the Slumlord, who used cameras to stalk his tenants and make them victims. But soon, they discover that the cameras in the home are still active, and they start watching their tenants. It isn't long before this fascination becomes an obsession for both of them.
