Nightsiren

The narrative follows Sarlota, a nurse who reluctantly returns to her native village up in the mountains. Her aim is to claim her recently deceased mother's inheritance. The villagers seem lukewarm to her presence save for Mira, a young herbalist. As Sarlota goes about her business there, memories of her early years are unlocked, revealing secrets she has long run away from but is currently pursuing upon her return.
