Wander

Arthur, a disturbed ex-police detective turned private investigator, helps victims of what they believe to be various conspiracies. One such investigation leads him to a town within the desert called Wander, where people seem to be trapped while being monitored by an omniscient tech-controlled authority. Arthur starts to connect information about the mysterious town and how his life was affected years ago due to a car accident.
